He said his daughter was 16 yrs old. I ask to show me proof he was real and really the father and he got mad and said he was going to the police. And said when the cops were Putin me in handcuffs to ask for proof then.
This is a well known extortion scam. You can google "underage girl scam" to find out more. There are several number threads here describing this scam. One particularly long thread is about a different 803 number. Do NOT communicate with the criminal. Block his number. You should also go to your own police department to make a report of attempted extortion.
