Got this call and did not answer but they left an automated message that went something like this ..... "Please hang up now, I am calling from Chaplin Financial, the reason for this call is that our office is in the process of requesting that you be served by your county processor at your home or place of employment due to (end of message). The phone number is traced to an individual home number in South Carolina and assume being spoofed by these guys using VoIP. This is obviously a scam and have blocked the number.

I received the same voice message and then call the number back and says "not working number" and then call the # on the voice message and people were not helpful and sounded like scam artists.
