Scammer hey are using a spoof number from off shore

calls and never says anything

had two missed calls, i tried to call back, but it said "the number you dialed is not in service. please check the number and dial again"

When I called it back it said yoh hsve reached a none working number its eithrr a telmarket or a spam

This call was blocked automatically three times within ten seconds by my AT&T app as "POTENTIAL FRAUD". If you are a AT&T customer get this app, it's free, and awesome. It's called "Call Protect" it will let you know of telemarketers, scams and frauds.
