Called my cellphone today (919 area code). I did not answer since I have no clue who this is.

I know this number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It belongs to a waiting room in ICU in palmetto/Baptist Hospital.
Patient's relatives are allowed to use this to call out. They probably mean no harm.

This number called me.  It was a nurse from Palmetto Richland Hospital from a nurse in the ER to check on me ince I had been seen in the ER 4 days ago

i got a call from this number. i do not know who it is. i want to report this number to the local police station.

This number is an outgoing number from Palmetto Health Richland called a trunk line.  If you know a person's number at the hospital you can dial it directly, but when they dial out of the hospital, this number shows up on the caller ID.   It is by design to allow medical personell  to call patients or family and leave their callback number if it is convenient to do so.
