I would like to know what company this is.  They are trying to collect a debt that never occurred and refuse to give any information other than Horizon Opportunities, LLC is who holds the debt.  This has been going on for years and now they have contacted my Mother.  I work for an attorney and I am waiting to file a lawsuit but I cannot get their information.
