Just found THIS on WhitePages.com:

The aerial view appears to either be an apartment complex of a small office complex.  They call frequently & never leave a message. (I ALWAYS let my answering machine answer due to so MANY daily calls/hang-ups!)

Called. Left no message. Do not recognize the number. Nuisance!

Call my cell but never leave a message. Do not answer calls that I don't recognize the number due to receiving too many now. On Do Not Call List but doesn't seem to work now.

Calls, hangs up

This a scam like Rachel . Block this number . This a spoofed line that comes from India
