Tech support scam using a browser hijack to get you to call them.  Just close your browser.

Do not call. If closing your browser doesn't work restart your computer and run a virus  and anti mslware scan.

Do not give them access to your computer orvthey will infect your computer with a back door trojan that records and steals sensitive data. They are running a scam.
