This guy is a real dumb [***], if they are a collection agency they have by law leave a message saying this is a attempt to collect a debt. If they say they are with the IRS, well the IRS never calls they only contact via the mail service.
If they call again simply ask them what their company does, my boyfriend did that and the man started cussing at him "you [***], youre a piece of [***] [***]"
