These people want to refine your auto loan. The caller claimed to be with Consumers Credit Union, when questioned, they are a sales company HIRED by Consumers Credit Union. Again,  They are NOT Consumers Credit Union, but they claim to be. They side step direct questions. They also have a LOT of personal information.
