another fake "Sylvia" call. They ask for somebody they know is not there, then use it as an excuse to bypass No Call and try to sell you phony school or products

They call throughout the day and night but won't respond when I answer my phone and won't leave voice mail!

I keep getting calls from this # they don't say anything so I just hang up and then I go to my Verizon and just block them from calling..
