We got the same call. So asked for it to be seant in writing. They indicated that it was e-mailed 3 times. John Long had alot of noise behind him while talking sounded like a bunch of fouls talking and giggling. I simply told him that I was not sending anything without it being in writing on his companies letterhead. I mentioned that is sounded like a scam. So I am still waiting for a e-mail for this foul.
Lisa foster called saying she is a individual processor, for mr Jon Long who has filed a complaint against me for Think Cash (First Bank of Deleware). Jon Long told me I took out a loan for $800 and never paid it. (which I did a loong time ago, and have reciept to prove it)! Lisa Foster told me she was going to be in my area in a few days and was giving me a courtesy call to let me know she was serving me with papers. Called Jon Long from the "legal dept" he said I need to pay $1548.50 or they were taking me to court! These 2 individuals are not from India, very very american! Do not know if it is a scam or not. Someone please help me with this one
