Who called from 8037081111

Seven calls from this number to my cell phone in the last two weeks. Claims to be from SCE&G. Called SCE&G. Not much help there. Tried to call the number back using a different phone, but got only message saying the call did not go through.

Do not call, called back, got a beep, then disconnected

Third time getting a call from them. I said hello and nothing,  they just hang up.
