SCAM!  He claimed he was with Experian Credit Reporting Account Services Department in regard to lowering my credit card rates. When I questioned why he was calling from a local number he deflected. I asked him from what number he was calling from he wouldn't say. I asked him what credit card specifically he was referring to and he would not answer.  I told him Experian doesn't call people to lower credit card rates and that it didn't sound legitimate.  He then said shut up and hung up. He did not like me questioning him on his scam. Lol
