SCAMMERS - They call and say, "Hello, are you looking for a loan?" It was difficult to hear them/understand them. So I hung up. I called back and asked who they were. "Hello, are you looking for a loan, ma'am?" I told them I want my number removed and they hung up on me. I pity the fool who invented this company. And I pity anyone who falls for their scam.
Received about 3 calls from the number this week. They just called a little while ago - I answered the phone then it rang and answered and there was the sound of a busy call number in the background. I hung up. I called back again and asked what company this was - the man stated a loan company, I asked the name of the company, he hung up. I called back again - tried to get more information - hung up on. Then finally called the last and final call and stated to remove my number and if someone calls again they will receive a piercing sound in ear (I have a horn blaster thing) - he was snarky and asked why I didn't do it now - then I hung up on him.
Called this number back using *67. Asian woman answered, could hear multiple voices on the phone in the background. Asked me if I applied for a loan. I asked her for her address, she would not give it to me. Then I asked if I was calling inside the U.S., she hung up on me. Scam! We need to get a law enforcement agency involved in this one.
