Who called from 8037467521

(803) 746-7521 called and left a message. Caller ID said only 8037467521, which is useless. Repeating message in robocall that says the speaker is Sharon Horn (sp?) who says I can press 9 to talk with her or call her at 1-877-220-1164.

Message is untelligible (July 7, 2016).

call from this number. i did not answer.  added it to my auto reject list.  why am i getting these calls when i am on the don't call list

i found out who is behind this call and many others i am getting, different phone numbers from all over the country.  call them back and they answer ACSI.  they are supposedly a christian org harrassing people over the phone. they also have a facebook page.  i found them easily enough, why don't the so called investigators for the don't call list ever find these people and stop them?
