Who called from 8037681002

I have been getting the same calls over and over again and I, too, get calls from all and I am on the DNC list.  over the country.  what is going on???  I hate this and I am on the DNC list supposedly.

Called and I didn't recognize prefix or number so I ignored it. (I don't answer if you are not in my contacts) ... Looked up number here. Based on the comments, I will block.

The DNC is only respected by legitimate telemarketers (if there is such a thing.)  Everyone else ignores it.

Skip the DNC and consider a call blocker instead. Call blockers do work with a little patience.

Rang twice and hung up.
