robocall from FAKE IRS saying they are filing suit against me = scam

Just received call regarding "case file". Fake IRS scammer.

IRS SCAM! Caller ID 803-834-8160 Columbia SC... Computerized voice message states:
"This is a final notice. The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Contact our office at 803-834-8160"
2 messages left on answering machine less than an hour apart.

Message came yesterday-  Scam message saying that the IRS will be filing suit.  8/22/16 at 12:24 pm Eastern Time
