The message was that there were going to be charges sent to my local police department from the Investigation Department of the Internal Revenue Service.  The IRS DOES NOT make these kind of phone calls to citizens.  They send all correspondence by mail.  These fake IRS "agents"  need to be stopped and their "companies" shut down for violating the law.  However they are clever enough not to say the real company they work for.
