Someone called from this number asking for my age and about my income and said that they were sending me our gift cards of up to 250.00..then hung up....I am worried about what kinda a scam this is

Received a call w/ no message. Called back and they knew my name, address and email address. I was told that the caller was an event coordinator for Dean Graziosi's event in Austin TX on October 30th 2010. (http://www.deangraziosi.com/)
It appears to be about real estate. They were trying to give me VIP tickets to the event.
I got a call this afternoon and said "hello? hello? hello? hello?" finally, someone said "if Jessica there (I know no one named Jessica and the person who had my phone number last was a Jennifer). Wouldn't say who they are or what they wanted.
