Called 11/18/16 4 times, called 11/19/16 4 times and today 4 times. I have them blocked but the phone still rings once. Planning on canceling my landline after my contract is up. I called the number and it goes to a voice box and was told to leave a message. I already reported the number to FCC. For those who don't know you can buy phones that have a blocking feature on it. There are also devices on Amazon that will block unwanted calls if you do not wish to buy a new phone that has this feature.
Thanks for the FCC info. I've joined the rest of you who have submitted a formal complaint. When I call, I get a message saying that this is "Metamorphic Virginia two." with no mention of a survey. It does come up under "Chester VA" for me, but I'm also getting "UNKNOWN NAME" too. Let's hope we can bring an end to this abusive calling!
I have also received repeated calls from this number. The calls comes all times of the day! I refuse to answer. I just called my home number to pick up messages and I had seven calls from this number. No message each time.
