Has been calling decided to answer picked up heard noise is background then they hung up

claims to be from medicare knew my name and the fact i suffer from arthritis and i qualify for a new cream for that witth my drs knowledge i said not interested and hung up.

Knowing your name is easy enough - arthritis is a reasonable guess since they know your age.  If it was not arthritis, they would go with "Do you have a waxy yellow substance in your ear canal?"
