yes, scam I think. Caller says there is something wrong with her headset and can you hear her, so you'll answer "yes." I'm told that might opt you in for more calls or something because they record you saying "yes." then launches into a resort vacation offer.

It's a douche-bag telemarketer scam. I hope they get hit by a bus.
