I got the same call & after lady finished wait for next available agent a foreign man with broken English called me by name & said he was calling about my insurance & needed to help me with a problem on my insurance. I have reported & blocked this number.
I have received a call from Richmond Virginia from Ohio and from Florida. I don't answer and they never leave a message. When I call each number back I get a recording saying press one if I want my number to be removed and of course I hang up. Number that our call is the same female voice that says if you want your number remove press one how is that possible from three different states. I really don't know what we can do about this.
