I received a call from Melissa Williams from MRP Services asking me to call 804-557-0943 ext. 408 in regard to a legal matter and a case to be filed against me. I did not take the call and let it roll to voicemail. I immediately ran a search online for the phone number which I found was based in Virginia and had a high likelihood of fraud. I also tried to search for MRP Services in Virginia and it was only a construction company on Linked In. At this same time I received a very angry call from my ex-husband because he also got a call from a Melissa Williams with a different phone number from a PCM Company demanding $1000 for a defaulted payday loan. He did not let it roll to voicemail and he gave out personal information and he paid it. I told him to call the bank and credit card agent and callback the payment as well as change all credit card numbers and checking, etc and change PINS, etc.
