I have been getting calls from Capitol One collections for my EX-Wife. We have not been together for over 4 years. They have been calling for a month and I have complained to them and they say they are going to remove me, but it just doesn't happen. If you don't have a Capitol One Card (I don't), then just ignore the calls. I have added them to my contact list as "Jerks" and I haven't answered the phone since. I threatened legal action after which my info was forwarded to the "right person" and I was guaranteed my info would be removed within 3 business days. I just got a call on the 5th business day. Why can't I just block the number?
