the V in your caller part means its a verizon phone the person is using. try to see if u can let them know about it to get it to stop

Or it means "Voice over Internet Protocol" which would be where the call actually originated, a VOIP telephony provider, like MagicJack, Google Voice, Skype, etc.

Right. And, more often than not in my experience, numbers beginning with "V" are spoofed or otherwise copied.  Not good.
