They were calling with a survey. When you call the number back they say, if you wish to be removed, please press 9, but then the phone goes silent. Safe to block I would think after that point. :)

This phone call was from Orlando Promotion Center. At first it was a Robocall, which was then transferred to a real person. I asked to be put onto the no call list, then called back with a busy tone.
