It's a Verizon automated system to get payment on past due phone bills or make payment arrangements.
I used it and it worked.

I got non-stop calls from this number for three days in a row and still calling. I'm confusing to answer because I had no idea who it is. I was expecting a spam or employee, so it's definitely a spammer.
