Received this call with the caller id of Moorpark, Ca. and it went to voice mail. This time there was a voice message saying I had won a trip to Cabo St Lucas and I should call 866-220-6523 to "register". I'm blocking both numbers, just in case.

Same recording about Cabo trip for $169 with caller ID "US TRAVEL", what a bunch of losers, blocked.

Recording stating this was a call from the Travel Dept offering a vacation for $159 to Cabo San Lucas or Cancun as a thank you for RCI members and to call 866 220 6523.  I am clueless as to what an RCI member is and I

RCI is Resort Condominiums International. For time share owners. RCI and timeshares are scams anyway.
