Then they continue calling the very next day and the last four digits of the phone number keep changing every day so every day of my life I have to go in and block their number. An unwanted call from this Morro Bay invalid (spoofed) number arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. This is a favorite ploy of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who use spoofed numbers to cover their traks while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize. Since I neither know nor do business with anyone in Morro Bay (especially anyone with a spoofed number), I conclude this was an attempted unlawful contact.
