I got a call today that I let roll over to an answering machine. This is just A1 Solar Power by another name. The Van Nuys Blvd. address is a mail drop. They're actually nearby at 15025 Oxnard St., Van Nuys. They've been the subject of numerous class action lawsuits but they continue on unaffected. They use several numbers, many spoofed. In Panacci they claim that they are not telemarketers because they don't sell anything but just arrange referrals to other companies; and are thus not violating the TCPA/DNC registry rules.
