Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

The caller, Out of area ( displayed on our phone as ID.), called us again @ 12:08, noon, 11/09/2014. This number called many people since 08/25/2014 as www.800notes.com above. This number called us 4 times.
It also used  805-141-2586, 805-252-6490 to call us before. I all report to FTC & FCC ( gov.).

Call was from ANOTHER heating air  conditioning company wanting to tune up our furnace or clean the ducts or something.  These guys must all buy the same list, as I have had probably 15 different calls from this type of company.  And when you say you do not need or want any of these services they almost get belligerent.....extremely pushy.  I finally just hung up on this guy.
