Omg I got the same email and what was funny was they said my SSN will be on hold and that I should explain to my employer and my HR what I have done lmao this [***] hole has nothing better to do LAME get a life!!
This is what I received and have been receiving for months on end. We did bankruptcy a few years ago..So, WTF my wife and I are sick of this and I refuse to call or answer these emails. I have called in the past and all they do is threaten you. Last, time I told them I have an attorney and they hung up.

Now I'm going to the Attorney General with it as should anyone that has received this. Hope this is helpful. But it is a scare tactic scam.
i got the e-mail as well. i never done business with cash net so i knew it was a scam. plus he claimed i would be reported to the fbi over 800 dollars. lol I'm sure the fbi is just waiting to use their personel to collect an 800 dollar scam. fools!
A gentleman by the name of KEVIN JOHNSON phone # 805-314-1213 ( they use different numbers, Calif. Oxnard, Camarillo and Santa Barbara area ) did send me an email. Stating I will be arrested and be prosecuted if I don't pay them. Forwarded their email to IC3, FTC, FBI, District Attorney and Police in my town.
