Who called from 8053141740

This guy James Walters says I won a car from Global Winners International, i asked for and got his number as it was blocked. He gave it and his name.

Said we won 8.5million and a Mercedes.

We didn't.

Was cold-called by "Richard Washington" from an unknown number and told this number 805 314 1740 was for me to call  Bank Of America and verify my $1.5 million Publisher's Clearing House winnings were waiting for me. Even gave me an account number and a PIN!  Richard said I should talk to "Mr Brown" at 817 494 7500 if I have any troubles.
