Who called from 8053980849

I answered only because it was a local number.  The lady told me that I was in pain and they were calling me back.  She barely spoke english and had a thick accent.  I hung up on her.

Called numerous times and leaves no message.  My phone indicates call is from Fillmore.

Said his name was Tim from the Insurance exchange commission, wanted my info for an insurance claim. Asked for supervisor and they hung up.

A lady called at 5am wanting to sell insurance.  She claims it was 8 her time, so that puts her on EST, unless she meant 8pm which would put her in China time zone.  Caller ID read 805 area code which is where I am at.
