Jeez,..."John" must be a very busy man !!!!! Ventura Central???Ohh, sounds real important.Did they mean "Comedy Central"??? Don't give them any info.,but tell them to ship whatever it is right away,and hang up!!! At least we can waste some of their time!! .
I have received this call hundreds of time for the past 6 months. They change their phone number every couple of weeks. I have had this call come from numerous states. There have been news report on this call but they have been hard to track down.
These callers are scammers who are 'spoofing'the caller id you see. There is virtually no way to stop them from calling as they ignore the DNC list. They will not remove your number. They are untraceable for we regular folk. Block the numbers if you can, it is your only defense.
Got a call from John telling me that my shipment is ready. I thought it was strange that he doesn't know the name of the recipient. He didn't know my name two weeks ago either. Godbye John.
