Same here. I own an Italian Restaurant. I have received 30 calls plus. Only once did she say something. Broken English and said Is this a restaurant. She is calling my personal Cell number tho.
Called in Austin, TX doing the same thing. Even when I said "we get a lot of scam calls" she denied that's what she was doing. Said her name was Ashley.
I do work in a restaurant. Got a call from this number in the middle of our lunch rush. The person stated it was not a sales call and the manager just hung up at that point. I tried calling the number back and it doesn't even ring. Dead air then a busy signal. Highly annoyed as we are on the Do Not Call List.
