This one has to be a staffing service. Keep in mind, these people never know what phone number they are dialing... home, work, cell phone. My guess is that the main reason they keep their identity so confidential is in case your current employer happens to answer the phone you are not in jeopardy of being questioned as to why you are looking for another job. Just a guess though.
