They called and did not leave a message. A friend or family member will leave a message, so I'm very sure it's a telemarketer. Also, the 9999 suffix is a dead giveaway that it's some kind of business number.
Just got a call and they knew my name. Asked if I needed landscaping then hung up. I called the number back and the call did not go through. How do they know my name?
