I've recently received calls from this number, on a daily basis for a week or so. The caller is not identified, so I don't answer, nor do they leave a message.
BS Scam call from 1 (805) 738-4207: If you answer it or block the call they change numbers and sell your number to other phone scams. This was also about a non-existent student loan. When told that, they rudely hung up. I wish we could cut these scammers off and send them to solitary prison with phones in the ceiling that never quit ringing.
I guess I'm getting old: this Robo call did not offer to help me with my student loan, rather the Robo call offered to help me with my Medicare part D . Who knew the scammers were structuring their calls according to the recipients ages?
