An unwanted call from this Santa Ana (?) VOIP number arrived today.  The caller did not wait for the answering machine before hanging up.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

The website www.whitepages.com identifies this number as being in Santa Ana.  If that is the case, why would it be in the 805 area code?  Santa Ana is in the 714 area code.  Something is fishy here, and it has a rotten smell.
