I let it roll over to my answering machine and they left no message.  A search for the number indicated that it was a local real estate appraiser so I called it back only to find that it's not in service.  These are some telemarketing goofs, prob. home improvement or solar panels, that spoof out of service numbers to make it look like they're local.
