Pre-recorded credit card scam. Probably a spoofed number since I've heard the same spiel from different numbers. "Hi, this is Lisa calling about your credit card...." . Good lord, are there that many suckers out there??? I'm in the wrong business :-)

Got the same call on my cell. Credit something or another. Blocked! Yes, unfortunately, the are that many suckers out there. These low-lifes prey on the elderly mostly. But there's a lot of stupid younger suckers. Good article on robocalls:
