Someone with a foreign accent called me on my cell phone from this number to let me know about "free money" they were giving me that I could use for blah, blah, blah.  I told him it was a scan and hung up.  They called back again 2 hours later and I didn't answer.  And I have my cell phone registered on the do not call list!
