Who called from 8062056011

I've gotten a call from this number twice in the last two days. I have caller ID and it just shows the number and "cell phone". When I answer there is no one on the line.

Called to ask about another person, and called at 9 pm when we were already napping.

This number has called multiple times, I've only answered twice and there is no one one the other end! Annoyed at the constant calls from this number!
