Received multiple calls withing 30 minutes from this number- always was a half ring on my phone- never left and message and when I called back multiple times I was met with the busy signal each time.

Got a call from this number, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. They didn't leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call list. The fed needs to find these people and allow us to handle them any way we see fit short of murder.
