I was owed $67.14 to my bank account.....for a refund.....AND.....they send "they refunded the account", and, THE BANK PROVED THAT THEY HAD NEVER, EVER REFUNDED A PENNY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!
Also having issues with this company. After order a 'free' trial of their product they billed my card for 2x £79.99 out of the blue. Keep telling me I can't cancel via email and to ring this number but no one ever answers. I'll be taking legal advice now I think.
I emailed them yesterday. I haven't heard anything back from them. Can you remember which email address you contacted them on.... it looks like I've got to close down my bank account. I cant afford for this to happen again.
Dispute the charges with your bank and tell them you haven't received the item. They should reverse the charges to put the money back into your account.
