Who called from 8082130072

Returned call but always busy.

This has to be a scam call.  I only get it on my cell phone.  Again when trying to call back, line is always busy.  But when using a land line to call, just the seven digit number, being its local in Hawaii, I get a recording, stating that I needed to dial with a one and area code when calling this number.  So it looks like they use some kind of call forward to avoid location.

Called twice with a echoeing of "hello" everytime i say it. Called back and it's says to claim your $100 reward! woohoo another scam!

Fourth time this number has called my phone; called twice today, one this morning and one tonight. Getting really sick of this number calling me, don't even know how it got my number!

Always calling around 10:00 a.m. , and also again at night, sometimes around and after 10 p.m.  Strange!!            
And like the otherposts,  always an echo, saying Hello.
