Who called from 8082179930

From "rachel" offering to low interest rates.

I figured they would start using new numbers to call. This same "Rachel" call used to call with numbers such as 407-000-XXXX or 305-000-XXXX.

I didn't know the phone  number, but didnt leave me any message.

I've asked them to add my number to their 'do not call' list three times. They still keep calling. This time I asked her to speak to a manager and she quickly ended the call.

Questioned some personal information - then hung up. Foreign accent - Indian I believe.
