Who called from 8083694577

Received call from same number, answered but the person on the other end didn't say a word.  I don't know who this is.

808-963-4577:  Caller ID is "Out of Area", but 808 is my area code (Hawaii).

Received several calls from this number, no message. Don't know who this is.

This caller phoned my landline 2-times in a row. The caller rings up to a point, and then cuts short before my telephone recorder activates itself.  The area code (808) is the Hawaii area. Been getting way too many calls for voting polls and charity donations that I don't answer my landline.
